Account information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store raw card numbers).
Inspection data
Inspection reports, findings, photos, and related content you create in Agile Inspections are stored on our servers. This data belongs to you.
Usage data
We collect basic usage information (pages visited, features used, error logs) to improve the product and troubleshoot issues. This data is not sold or shared with advertisers.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate Agile Inspections
- To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, account notices)
- To respond to support requests
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- To improve the product based on usage patterns
We will only email you marketing communications if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the third-party services needed to run the product:
- Stripe — payment processing
- DigitalOcean — file and asset storage
Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and terms of service, which govern how they handle data processed on our behalf.

Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you would like your data deleted, contact us at support@woodshop.dev and we will handle it promptly.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@woodshop.dev.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is perfect — if you discover a security issue, please report it to support@woodshop.dev.
Children's Privacy
Agile Inspections is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
