New Features
- New Design & Dark Mode — The entire app has a new look — cleaner layouts, better use of space, and more consistent controls throughout. Dark mode is now fully supported and automatically matches your system preference.
- Inspection Collaboration — Invite other Agile Inspections users to contribute to your inspections. Collaborators can add and edit findings and photos in real time. Owners stay in control — collaborators can't change settings, save standard findings, or generate reports.
- Smarter Findings Library — Browse your library, pick a finding, then edit it before saving. Search is more responsive, selection is more predictable, and findings appear in a consistent order.
- Beauty Shots in Reports — We added a new section at the top of the inspection form where you can upload a beauty shot. To include it in your report, make sure to add the `InspectionBeautyShot` placeholder into your report template — no manual editing after export required.
- Multi-Photo Uploads — Add multiple photos to a finding in one step. You can now select and upload several images simultaneously, saving time and effort.
- Usage & Plan Dashboard — A new dedicated screen shows your current plan, usage, and billing status at a glance. Export your account data as a CSV at any time.
- Help Center — A new dedicated help center covers the full inspection workflow — findings, rooms, reports, collaboration, and more. Search is built in and every article links to related topics.
- Consistent Email Notifications — Every transactional email has been rebuilt with a shared template system — consistent look, clearer subject lines, and more actionable content.
Improvements
- Report Generation — Reports are more reliable and when something goes wrong, you'll know why. Reports that previously failed silently now surface a clear message. Stuck reports are automatically detected and resolved.
- Platform Observability — We now have real-time visibility into how the app is behaving. When something goes wrong we can see exactly what happened without needing you to reproduce it — problems get fixed faster.
- Photo Handling — Photo uploads are faster and more reliable.
- Condition Saves — Inspection conditions save more reliably, especially when working quickly or on a slower connection.
- Report & Image Settings — Redesigned settings screens for report configuration and image handling — cleaner layout and easier to navigate.
- Inspection Editing Flow — The finding editor is faster and more reliable, with a cleaner flow for creating rooms while adding a finding. Saves are more resilient on slow connections.
- Account & Payment UX — Cleaner layout and better messaging throughout. Edge cases that previously showed confusing states now surface clear, actionable feedback.
- Login & Sign-Up — The login, registration, and landing screens have been redesigned with a cleaner layout and improved flow.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where you could not use special characters in reports at all. Now you can use any characters you want, and they will display correctly in the generated report.
- Fixed intermittent save failures when editing inspection conditions under slow or interrupted connections.
- Fixed an issue where standard findings could reset unexpectedly during an active editing session.
- Fixed search and selection behavior in the standard findings library. Now instead of trying to pick out of a small native dropdown, you can browse the library in a larger, more responsive interface.
- Fixed room saves to ensure changes persist reliably. You can now add rooms while adding or editing a finding without worrying about losing your changes.
