2026.03.07.1
Overview
This release represents a significant step forward for Agile Inspections. Over the past several months we've shipped a large volume of improvements across nearly every part of the product — from how you manage photos in reports, to how you search your findings library, to how your account and billing information is presented.
The headline additions are the new Usage & Plan Dashboard, beauty shot support in reports, and a substantially improved standard findings experience. Alongside those are broad improvements to the inspection editing flow, account screens, and email notifications — plus a set of bug fixes targeting the most-reported reliability issues.
What's New
Usage & Plan Dashboard
You can now see your current plan, usage metrics, and billing status all in one place. The new dashboard makes it easy to understand where you stand against your plan limits without digging through settings screens. If you need a record of your data, you can export your account information as a CSV at any time from the same view.
Beauty Shots in Reports
You can now mark any photo as a "beauty shot" — a featured image that renders differently in your Word and PDF reports. This gives you direct control over the visual presentation of your reports without editing the document after export. Designate the shot that best represents the property or a key finding, and it will be placed and formatted accordingly in the output.
Smarter Findings Library
The standard findings library has been significantly improved. Search is more responsive, selection works more predictably, and findings now appear in a consistent order that matches how you've organized your templates. For inspectors who rely heavily on standard findings, this should make building an inspection meaningfully faster.
Consistent Email Notifications
Every transactional email sent by the platform — account creation, report delivery, billing confirmations — has been rebuilt using a shared template system. Emails now have a consistent look, clearer subject lines, and more actionable content. You should notice the difference immediately if you receive notifications regularly.
Improvements
Report & Image Settings
The settings screens for report configuration and image handling have been redesigned from the ground up. Controls are grouped more logically, labels are clearer, and the layout is no longer cluttered. If you've avoided these settings because they felt overwhelming, now is a good time to revisit them.
Inspection Editing Flow
A number of improvements landed in this release that collectively make editing inspections smoother:
- The findings modal has been refactored — opening, editing, and saving a finding is faster and generates fewer errors
- The inspection rooms interface has been cleaned up with a better save flow and clearer visual feedback
- Saves are now more resilient and will retry appropriately when a connection is slow or interrupted
Account & Payment UX
The account and payment screens have been updated with a cleaner layout and better messaging throughout. Edge cases that previously showed confusing or empty states now surface clear, actionable feedback.
Application Infrastructure
The app has been upgraded to .NET 10. This is a behind-the-scenes change with no visible impact on how anything works, but it brings the latest performance and security improvements from the platform. The deployment pipeline was also overhauled to improve release reliability and reduce the time between a merge and a live deployment.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed intermittent save failures when editing inspection conditions under slow or interrupted connections. In some cases, saves would appear to succeed but not persist — this has been resolved.
- Fixed an issue where standard findings could reset to their default state unexpectedly during an active editing session, discarding changes made earlier in the workflow.
- Fixed text color and contrast issues in the findings library that made certain items difficult to read, particularly in the trade note and disclaimer areas.
- Fixed display and language issues in several message strings throughout the app that were showing incorrect or inconsistent wording.
