These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Agile Inspections, operated by Woodshop Development, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Using Agile Inspections
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Agile Inspections. By using the service, you represent that this is true.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@woodshop.dev.
Acceptable use
You may use Agile Inspections only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the service to harass, defraud, or harm others
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems
- Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent
- Scrape or bulk-export data using automated tools
- Impersonate another person or entity
Your Data
You own the inspection data, reports, and content you create in Agile Inspections. By using the service, you grant us the limited right to store and process your content solely to operate and improve the service. We will never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Billing and Payment
Agile Inspections is usage-based — you are charged per inspection report generated, not on a recurring subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Free trial: New accounts include a free trial period. No charge is made until the trial ends
- Report generation: Each new inspection report you generate counts as a billable event
- Regeneration: If you need to correct or update information on an existing inspection and regenerate its report, that regeneration is free — provided the underlying inspection remains substantially the same
- Fair use: Regeneration is intended for corrections, not for replacing an inspection's content wholesale to generate reports for different properties or clients. We reserve the right to charge for regenerations that, in our reasonable judgment, constitute new reports rather than corrections to an existing one
- Price changes: We'll give you at least 30 days notice before changing per-report pricing
Service Availability
We work hard to keep Agile Inspections running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may perform maintenance, which we'll try to schedule during off-peak hours and announce in advance when possible.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Upon termination, your data is retained on our servers. If you would like your data deleted, contact us at support@woodshop.dev.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Agile Inspections is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woodshop Development, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes.
