Agile Inspections does not have an in-app page layout or margins editor. Make layout changes in a document editor that supports .docx files.
Adjust a downloaded report
- Generate and download the report.
- Open the file in your document editor.
- Use the editor’s page layout controls to adjust margins. In Microsoft Word, these are under Layout → Margins.
- Check the page breaks, tables, and photos, then save the file before sending it.
These edits apply to that downloaded file. They do not update your saved report documents in Agile Inspections.
Update a reusable report page
To change an editable page used in future reports, open Settings → Report Template, download a copy of the page, and adjust its layout in your document editor. Upload the edited file with the same filename and select Replace.
The auto-generated Findings document cannot be replaced with an uploaded file. Check the complete report after generation, especially where your uploaded pages meet the generated findings.
