When another inspector invites you to collaborate on an inspection, the invitation appears on your dashboard. You can accept, decline, or leave the inspection later if needed.
Finding Your Invitation
Pending invitations appear on your Dashboard under your inspection list. Each pending invitation shows the inspection address and the name of the owner who invited you.
Accepting an Invitation
Click Accept on the invitation. The inspection will immediately appear in your inspection list and you can begin contributing findings and photos.
Declining an Invitation
Click Decline if you don't want to join the inspection. The invitation will be removed from your dashboard and the owner will no longer see you in their collaborators list.
Leaving an Inspection
If you've already accepted but want to stop collaborating, you can leave at any time:
- Open the inspection from your dashboard.
- Click the Collaborators button to open the collaborators panel.
- Click Leave Inspection.
Once you leave, the inspection is removed from your dashboard and you no longer have access to it. The owner and any findings you contributed remain unaffected.
