Only the inspection owner can invite collaborators.
Open the sharing controls
Open the inspection overview and find Collaborators. Select Add if there are no collaborators yet, or Manage to update an existing list.
Invite by email
Enter the person’s email under Invite by email, then select Invite.
An inspector with a registered Agile Inspections account can receive the invitation on their dashboard. The response does not reveal whether an email address has an account.
Add a previous collaborator
If the Quick add list includes the person you want, select their checkbox and choose Add selected.
Check access
The list shows Invited for outstanding invitations and Active for accepted collaborators. Use Cancel invite or Remove to end access.
