Revoking Access or Leaving an Inspection

Owners can remove collaborators at any time. Collaborators can leave an inspection at any time.

Removing a Collaborator (Owners Only)

1. Open the inspection from your dashboard.
2. Click the Collaborators button to open the collaborators panel.
3. Find the person you want to remove — whether their invitation is still pending or they're already active.
4. Click Revoke next to their name.

The person is immediately removed and the inspection disappears from their dashboard. Any findings or photos they contributed remain part of the inspection.

Leaving an Inspection (Collaborators)

If you've accepted an invitation but no longer want access:

1. Open the inspection from your dashboard.
2. Click the Collaborators button.
3. Click Leave Inspection.

You'll be removed immediately. The owner is not notified but will no longer see you in their active collaborators list.

Re-inviting Someone

Removing a collaborator or leaving an inspection does not permanently block future invitations. The owner can invite the same person again at any time using the standard invite flow.
