Owners can cancel invitations or remove collaborators. Collaborators can leave inspections they have accepted.
Remove access as the owner
- Open the inspection overview.
- In Collaborators, select Manage.
- Select Cancel invite for an outstanding invitation, or Remove for an active collaborator.
Removing access does not delete the findings or photos that person contributed to the inspection.
Leave as a collaborator
Open the inspection overview and select Leave inspection in the Collaborators section. Complete the confirmation to leave.
The owner can invite the same person again later using the invitation controls.
