Placeholders let you inject dynamic, inspection-specific data into your report template documents. When a report is generated, each placeholder is automatically replaced with the corresponding value from that inspection.
How to Use Placeholders
To see the full list of available placeholders, click the Placeholders button on the Report Documents page.
Placeholders are inserted directly into your .docx template files as plain text — no special formatting, brackets, or syntax required. Type the placeholder name exactly as shown in the table below into your Word document wherever you want that value to appear in the generated report.
